The oak is a pagan symbol reinterpreted by Christianity to represent Christ

Below we see bales of hay

Jenuall is clearly trying to reference acclaimed Hollywood actor Christian Bale

Like trying to watch an episode of Only Connect. 'This is bollocks this, I'm off to watch Sheep Shaggers of Pontypridd on Channel 5.'

I loved it

Although, not a huge fan of the presenter.

And, Arwen (Liv Tyler), did she do a lot of drugs as a youngster, she seemed rediculous full of love, probably all an act.

I watched it last night. It was far from perfect, Josh Gad is annoying, but I loved seeing them all together. He (obviously!) wasn't there, but Christopher Lee stole the show by moaning about steps and saying that Star Wars had better food.

I just watched that LOTR zoom reunion thing and really enjoyed it! In fact I think I can honestly say that it was a more enjoyable experience than actually watching any of the films! :slol:

Yes but his internet crashed for most of it which made the show much more enjoyable.

I watched the Back to the Future one, that was pretty good. Christopher Lloyd hasn't aged at all for about 30 years.

It was a bit sad seeing how much the Parkinson's is affecting Michael J. Fox, though.

To be fair that's not a particularly high bar.

High enough that the eagles could fly over it and drop the ring into Mordor?

Had a classic "wish I had a dashcam" moment on the drive home today.

Went past a white car on the M4 with massive spray painted letters on the side saying "TWATFACE".

Of course all I could think of was this:

Almost had to pull over!

I know that feeling! I once pulled up alongside a car that had "Shrek is love, Shrek is life" written across the side- in vinyl lettering, mind you- accompanied by a picture of Shrek and Donkey.

Nobody has ever believed me.
