The full rage of the internet hate machine is going in hard on the guys manager, even renaming it 'Elmos public toilet' on Google and bombing the reviews.

I felt a little bit bad until I realised that if all this is genuine then the manager did literally say he was glad the guys kid was dead over a strawberry floatin Elmo meme.

The first guy is "Andy" in the text, the second is "Drew" in the header, so yeah, different people. Manager, then owner, or something?
