Surely someone at PayPal will take one look at it and think "Well, obviously he won't have received it the morning after winning it... On a Sunday.."

Had horrendous customer service from them very recently when they locked me out of my account. Absolute nightmare to get hold of. Like hunting for Bigfoot. The strawberry floaters wouldn’t pick up the phone! And that’s only once you’ve navigated their hopeless automated phone lines.

Oof, my bean-to-cup coffee machine arrived today and the improvement in quality compared with a pod/capsule machine and even a cafetiere is more noticeable than I expected. Fresh beans .

Feeling absolutely wiped out today.

-Had to get up at 5am because my daughter woke up and wanted to stay awake.
-Had to clean the house a little as we had a viewing today. After that I went to work for 8am as normal.
-My shift finished at 6, but I did some overtime.
-On top of that some research and cramming for an interview I have on Friday. Eventually left work at 8pm.

Guys i'm losing my mind. I've not slept properly in 2 weeks, im still ill and over the last 2 days I feel worse than I did on Monday. The last time I called the Doctor they said it was a virus and could take up to 3 weeks to pass, but im genuinley starting to get worried. I haven't been this ill in years and the lack of sleep is really probably not helping.

At night I've started coughing up, not much but it looks like and feels like when you're sick so I've got no idea. Should I go back to the Doctor again?

If you are worried then go back to the doctor. Especially if you are feeling worse than you did a few days ago.

But yeah I see no reason why you wouldn't go back to the GP in this instance, better to be safe than sorry and all that.

You may get lucky and the GP could be a lady. Drop her an email before you go, have a check up a d get her to give you a Christmas hand shandy. Win win!

Get yourself seen. Even if it's just for reassurance from the doctor that you've just got to ride it out.

Some of my colleagues have reported similar symptoms. Any cold flu like symptoms?
Have you had an increase in stress or worries/anxiety?

Maybe try a hot bath. Relaxing routine (hot choc, easy listening music etc) before bed.
I'd go back to the GP.
