I generally keep an eye on a few subreddits for a few areas of pop culture that I am interested in - a couple of TV shows, a few games etc. It's much more disjointed that a proper forum but still fun to share comments with people in to the same stuff that you are.

I generally do this too, but I'm a bit more wary of following subreddits live with TV shows after someone on Reddit analysed the first couple of episodes of Westworld in so much detail that they predicted exactly what was going to happen and basically spoiled season one.

I think you should. Doctors won't judge you, maybe advise, but they need all the information you can give them to do their job properly.
