Yeah, but it was not clean at all. Makes it easier to build those numbers, whether you want to or not

I probably am under counting - I look at the food packaging, then divide by the number of days the thing usually lasts. If I make a pan of food with chicken, sauce, two microwave rice packets, one microwave pasta, and various veg, I can expect it to last up to two work weeks, so I divide each calorie count by 10, then add the same for mashed taters and stuffing, orange juice, dessert yogurt or ice cream, Monster, and a sandwich.

1700 is closer to normal most days.

Are you stressed at the minute? I sometimes get a bit of sleep paralysis or hallucinations when particularly stressed or anxious about something.

I've never reacted "badly" to the disturbances though - when I wake up with paralysis I'm aware of what it is and just focus on wiggling my toes which makes my body wake up more quickly.

And I used to hallucinate that my wall was heaving with spiders. They were everywhere, the whole wall was moving, very scary. I remember thinking "I'm way too tired to deal with all those spiders, I'll get them in the morning" and go back to sleep.

Weirdly though, my gf will often hallucinate or sleep talk and it always freaks me out. She'll wake up, say "there's a man at the foot of the bed" or "there's a monster in the corner", go immediately back to sleep, and I'll be up all night absolutely terrified :shifty: .

Had some chancer at my front door today.

"Hi, mate" he goes.
"Hi"
"..."
"You don't remember me, do you?"
"No"
"Block pavements, I did your paving here...[inaudible]"
"No"
"Oh, okay"

And off he trotted with his mask on up the road. About mid 50s ish, I'd say. Now in hindsight I should have said "what's your name, again?" but within that brief 30 seconds that felt like 5 minutes I was trying to figure out if I did indeed know him or who in fact even did the paving in the first place. And no, it definitely wasn't him.

I've gone full Christmas today - festive jumper on, cheesy Christmas music playing and I'm going to have a mince pie with a cup of tea later

Happy Hothiday everyone! Yeah, I've got my Star Wars Christmas T-shirt on.

No idea when decorations will be going up, but we've never done much in terms of that stuff for years now.

You have your own line in the Christmas song, what more do you need :capnscotty:

You’re slagging me off in it, aren’t you? I can’t hear the lyrics very well.

Maybe I need to remix it.

Can we trust NSF are telling the truth? Where's Denton? I'd like to hear what he has to say.

It's imperative that I find the NSF hideout.
