Where has it changed? App/desktop?

Both, but my complaints center around changes to the desktop UI:

Your followed podcasts are buried in your Library and no longer have their own tab in the top left (but the home page still has your top pods and what seems like a better selection of recommended ones).

They don't show podcast episode numbers on the main podcast page anymore (a function I liked).

It's more complicated to access the weekly music releases and recommended tracks.

Song titles and artists are now listed together in playlists — so when you want to sort songs by title or artist, you have to go through all four options now, instead of organizing by artist or title individually.

Podcasts don't mark as played automatically after listening.

When you finish a podcast episode, the next episode is randomly selected from the show you were listening to and is not the next one down the list.

You can't hide played episodes anymore, making long running podcasts a chore to navigate.

It feels like a total mess, it's a frustrating chore to navigate now, and I hate it so much.

All I really wanted them to add was the ability to mark finished podcasts that I might want to later recommend to others (and thus have on hand) as complete and hide them.

You ever go full tilt on an artist, buying their entire discography and following them on basically every platform, only to find out they're getting into the real brainworm NFT gooseberry fool? :dread:

This must be the 3rd rebrand and recipe change for Coke Zero in the last 5 years. The last one tasted like lightly flavoured fizzy water so I’d be interested to try this one eventually. Surely can’t be any more nondescript.

I've just discovered Wellington Paranormal.

How have I not seen this before? It's amazing.

Does anyone else constantly hear their phone vibrate only to discover it was completely in their imagination?

It's starting to annoy me now.

I used to get that quite a bit back in the day, but not so much any more. The worst ones were when I'd have my phone in my pocket and be 100% certain that I felt it vibrate, only to check and find out that it must have been in my imagination!

I read about Cunningham's Law on a Reddit post earlier:
Cunningham's Law: "The best way to get the right answer on the Internet is not to ask a question, it's to post the wrong answer." This refers to the observation that people are quicker to correct a wrong answer than to answer a question.

Quora is less frustrating if you assume that's what people are doing.

Taking that view definitely helps, even if it is hopelessly optimistic!

The place seems almost full to bursting with people who genuinely believe that the USA is the pinnacle of human achievement and that every other people and nation on the Earth is some kind of cesspit that is just looking up at the glorious states in wonder!

Sky comedy, by any chance? I discovered it myself last night. It just happened to be on after Veep, and it took me a few minutes to twig that it was the same cops that were in WWDITS.

I'd never heard of it before, but it's pretty great!

I remember hearing once that those sensations were always there, from rubbing fabrics and what have you, but our brains just ignored them because they deemed it unimportant stimulus. Now that we associate the sensation with our phones going, the brain sometimes pings it when it would normally just filter it out!

It only became available here last week despite the fact it first aired in New Zealand 3 years ago. I believe it's only just started airing in America as well.

I've only watched all of season 1 so far but it's been excellent. Episode 3 with the ghosts has been my favourite episode so far. The taser scene is brilliant.
