After last night's heavy rain I've discovered two spots in our conservatory where water has started to get in from outside.

It's literally one thing after another this year. Feel like I'm strawberry floating done with it all

Hopefully a builder can come round and find an affordable solution

Oh that sounds promising. One is in a top corner near the roof, the other is in the opposite corner but coming through the skirting on the floor.

Think the skirting leak sounds like it'll be more costly.
