Tig = game where one person is "it". Itness is transferred through physical contact, usually the tap of a hand. Only one person is it, and play is chaotic - usually everyone else just runs from whoever is it.
Hide and Tig = a variation of "hide and seek" where contact must be made as in tig. It starts with one searcher who counts down while all other players hide, and then each person who is caught becomes another searcher until everyone has been caught.
Last One = The play area consists of two opposing safe areas, with a central area that must be run through en masse. The last player to reach the safe area goes into the middle, where they can catch those running through as in tig, who will then also join them in the middle, until everyone has been caught.
Bulldog = Like "last one", but instead of simple contact the runners must be caught by tackling them to the ground. This was only ever played on a field for obvious reasons!
Here in Wiltshire it was Tig, the map does not show this, and so is inaccurate.
It also misses "batch" for a bread roll which is localised almost entirely to Coventry
