Hotel Chocolat is great. Also check out Lily O'Brien's as they do some lovely stuff and I'm pretty sure they're partnered with Funky Pigeon so you can combine with a card and other gifts if it's that sort of thing.

I really like lily O'Brien large buttons with caramel in them. A little pricey, but so good.

I bought my nan a big hotel chocolat box last Christmas. It was something like £60 or something daft, and I also got some of their hot chocloate to go with it. She loves sweets, she loves chocolate, she's always eating it. I think she ended up throwing most of them away because they were too 'posh' for her
