I do that sometimes too! My 'th's, 'f's, and 'v's occasionally get a bit mixed up. It must be something to do with "re-training" later in life! For what it's worth, I don't think many people notice if you just carry on speaking, but I realise I've done it so there's always a slight sense of embarrassment when it happens!
