That would be great. I only played the first because it was included in the five-game bundle. I'd never have bought it otherwise, but I really enjoyed it.

The appeal of a new Telltale game is somewhat diminished, but if you accept it for what it is, then there's still a lot of enjoyment to be had. I really enjoyed Batman and The Walking Dead Season 3. I think nowadays it's a case of gameplay expectation being more of a given, and it's more of a case of your enjoyment is largely derived from your investment in the story.

Pretty much what I said in the Batman thread before playing it and it's what I still think after completing it.

Toward the end of Batman they did slightly make button presses more difficult to execute, and so it made me wonder why Telltale didn't include a hard mode for people who would appreciate that sort of challenge from the get go.

The trouble is Adam Harrington, Bigby Wolf's voice actor, is also Kroger in Tales from the Borderlands, TorqueDawg in Telltale's Minecraft: Story Mode and Groot in Telltale's Guardians of the Galaxy. He voiced three roles in Telltale's The Walking Dead and even LeChuck in Telltale's Tales of Monkey Island.

In short, he's a Telltale regular - a fact Stauffer addressed last night.

"I worry about people getting their hopes up in the wrong direction," Stauffer wrote on Twitter. "Adam also voices Groot in our GotG. ;)"

It sounds like Telltale's San Diego announce is Guardians-related, then.

"We'd KILL to step back into that world [of The Wolf Among Us] some day and we know our fans would too," Stauffer continued. "Your voices and your passion will never go unheard here at TTG."

Since then, some of the original team has since reformed to found AdHoc Studio. Sure enough, this outfit is working on the new season alongside LCG Entertainment - the new owner of the Telltale brand.

"The Wolf Among Us is one of the most popular titles in the Telltale catalog, so we are thrilled to announce that development on Wolf 2 has again started and assure all of the series' fans that it is in good hands," said LCG boss Jamie Ottilie.

"Partnering with AdHoc Studio enables us to work with many of the key creative and development talent from the original Wolf series while strategically growing the new Telltale."

The inclusion of AdHoc Studio means directors Nick Herman and Dennis Lenart will return for Wolf 2 alongside writer Pierre Shorette and composer Jared Emerson-Johnson.

Voice actors Adam Harrington as Bigby Wolf and Erin Yvette as Snow White also back.

Lots of former TT staff on twitter saying they had no idea this was coming, the trailer was the first they'd heard of it and that they're devastated.

Apparently a whole team was working on TWAU2 just before TT shut down, and none of that team are involved in this, which is apparently a completely new game.

Very sad.
