I find it is fine for a soft drink, but for a milkshake you need at least 3.

For quite a few McDonald’s is a social thing not just food so they will hang out chatting and gooseberry fool rather than going, eating and leaving like us oldies would.

Me and my mates often go at 1am on Saturdays after Wetherspoons closes. It's all part of the night out.

Not sure there is an "official" definition for when the millennial generation begins - I think most stats use anyone born from the early 80s until the mid/late 90s.

I think most here do fit that range but there's probably a few either side as well.

The definition usually seems to be those born between 1981 and 1996.

I think that's the problem with "generational" definitions - they always seem to be quite loose. Why someone can't just nail these things down I'll never know!

You can’t nail it down because they are meaningless nonsense.

Somebody born on 31 December 1980 is not a millennial, but somebody born on 1 January 1981 is. And so they must be the exact same generation as somebody else that was born on 31 December 1996?

Indeed. Basically we need to stop using rubbish woolly terms like these generations "Millennial", "Baby Boomer", "Generation X" etc. and just use date ranges for statistical reporting.

Data ranges for statistical reporting? strawberry float me, you are such a millennial.

Get with the times gramps!

I’m too busy to get with the times as I am renting out my extensive property portfolio to feckless youngsters that refuse to save up.
