I've heard Golden Abyss is a pretty tough platinum since the end boss is a touch screen QTE so kudos.

I think my hardest is probably Resi 5, beating the game on professional without a co-op partner is a nightmare since Sheva is a huge liability.

I have also platinumed a couple of Warriors games which while not difficult were incredibly time consuming and tedious.

Mine was Dante's Inferno.

Spider-Man! I’m not a big PS player.

Grim Fandango. Timeless.

The one I'm most proud of is Star Wars Battlefront as it was all done without boosting and, if done legit, is rather hard, think it was regularly in top 10 hardest plat trophies of the year lists.

Yeah, I've heard Battlefront is hard too.

Bully (PS2) on PS4. It is still my only Platinum.

I've 100%ed that on 360 but not PS4, I've been considering downloading it. How does it run since I remember the 360 version being prone to crashing? I even replaced a physical copy for digital to no avail.

It runs ok, I had previously played “Scholarship Edition” on the 360 though so the PS4 version feels like it has stuff missing.

Scholarship Edition was a port of a Wii game that had Wiimote mini games mapped to the triggers which would probably account for it running poorly. I'm guessing the PS4 version is a port of the original PS2 game.

I bow to your superior knowledge.

It was a long time ago that I played the 360 version, so I can’t remember how much it crashed on me. I don’t think the PS4 version ever crashed.

I just realised I only need “Charted-Crushing” for the Uncharted platinum on PS3, I’ve beaten the game on crushing on PS4 so I might pick up a copy of the original and go through it again.

I love going back and finishing old games. Polished off a couple of 360 XBLA games earlier in the week, Hexic 2 and Guwange.

I was looking at my profile on psnprofiles and apparently it took me over six years to platinum Fist of the North Star: Ken’s Rage, that’s because when I first played the game I did Kenshiro’s campaign and got bored.

I think I’m pretty close to the platinum in every Infamous game but never bothered getting them since I wasn’t as into trophies then as I am now.

Not sure about 1 & 2, but I think Second Son didn't require much going out of your way, may have been just be good and be bad runs.

They're easy to do yeah, got platinum on first and second games (although both have you to do them on Hard too if I recall right, but it's not that hard at all)

Infamous’ in game challenges is more frustrating. And the hunt for shards all over the city as well.

It got easier in the later games as you can send out a sonar blip and they’ll show up in the mini map.. The infamous series is the only one that I’ve fully completed trophy wise, outside the telltale Walking Dead series.

Also I’ve picked up a few old PS3 games up again, and set up the PS3 in the living room again, for the same reason as you did. Uncharted 1, 2, MGS2 etc need to be polished off.

Not sure I could manage the Uncharted 2 platinum, I’ve only played through it once but I remember parts of the game being a slog even on normal.

Actually Uncharted 2 isn’t the worse for difficult parts. That goes to the original Uncharted.

Looking at my list, it seems that I have to finish the first Uncharted on hard to unlock crushing difficulty. Hated that.

That's reassuring, as I have already beaten Uncharted on crushing on PS4.
