I'm getting near the stage of Blast Corps, JFG and Grabbed By The Ghoulies being the meat of the remaining achievements - think there are about 300 points to get from the pre-64 era. It'd be a huge feather in the Achievement hunting cap to get Stampers Forever though, so I think I'll tough it out and go for 4,000.

GTASC starting up next week as well.

I think this has been my best month for achievements in about seven or eight years(if not ever) and I'm something like 15,000 behind that.

Yeah, so as I mentioned GTASC 2019 is starting today. I'm not setting up a separate post this year as there never seems to be that much interest from outside, and this year it's just me and hamm sandwich (and his brother) representing GRcade. I will update the OP of this thread with team details shortly should you wish to follow our progress, and I'll keep a regular(ish) update of what's going on too.

I've always been more PS4 but obviously if I entered this that would change like it did last time. But as I say it is fine like, three player teams fits you three and I'm not sure I am up for the grind again quite so soon tbh it was hard work. Especially as you have to actually go after rare achievements this time, that just adds to the stress! I thought you were done with GTASC though?

I assume they will increase the team size to 4 for the 2020 competition so give me a shout then, I imagine I will have had enough of a break from achievement grinding to get back into it by then (maybe).

I finished Shenmue earlier too, I was just waiting to scan it in. Absolutely no idea what the cutoff is likely to be this early on, especially with the new scoring system this year.

The Keys To The City DLC on Crackdown 3 is ridiculously straightforward and all of the achievements have around a five ratio. We’ll be very comfortable this week

That's not the new DLC is it? Don't forget about decay!

Yeah you will completely strawberry float yourself if you get a load decaying achievements, especially with this new system, caution is advised.

On the brightside it will probably mean the cut off will be -4256 for the first few weeks as everyone will forget about decay.

No, it’s not the new stuff, it’s the first lot that came out around a month ago. I’ll stay away from that for a while. Over a thousand points in less than half an hour.

I’ve No idea why the ratios are so high for it as the achievements are incredibly straightforward. I can only assume that everyone with Gamepass gave Crackdown 3 a whirl and gave up shortly after. Their loss, Keys To The City is crazy fun.

Gamepass games are great for ratio especially ones released straight onto Gamepass at launch, folk install play once never play again.

Games with gold is the same.
