Well most of the multiplayer achievements can be done with bots, it's boring but pretty easy.

It’s just horrendously dull. I’ve worked out that I can get to 750GS from where I am by finishing off the grind though, so I’ll probably just do that and then consign the game to the bin.

We're about even from 2005-07 but then yours goes up and up, and you can see where I discovered alcohol with a sharp drop and a straight line from about 2008-17.

I didn't realise how in depth the stats are on TA. Of my 30 best TA ratio achievements, 29 are from Rare Replay.

Polished off almost all of the single player in Nuts and Bolts - the result is that I’m on the joint third longest achievement streak I’ve ever been on. In terms of Rare Replay it’s done but I’ll probably try and get the 1,250 on it before I lose interest: only one single player achievement and a load of easy multiplayer ones to go.

In terms of Rare Replay I need the following to get Stampers Forever:

1/10 stamps in Snake, Rattle and Roll
1/10 stamps in Battletoads
9/10 stamps in Jet Force Gemini
1/10 stamps in Conker’s Bad Fur Day
2/10 stamps in Kameo: Elements of Power
3/10 stamps in Perfect Dark Zero
5/10 stamps in Jetpac Refuelled
10/10 stamps in Viva Piñata
10/10 stamps in Viva Piñata: Trouble in Paradise

So once the two VP games and JFG(which is nigh on unplayable with either control set up) are polished off, it’s just cleaning up.

That is some impressive work dude. Would be an amazing completion.

I think that’s the only reason I’m still playing it tbh, it’s become attritional.

This might be of some humour to someone - I recently re-bought the XBox 360 game Trivial Pursuit and got round to finishing the last six achievements I was missing on it today. The time difference between starting the game back in 2009 and finishing it half an hour ago was 3919 days, 10 hours and 22 minutes. That's strawberry floated.

Love going back and finishing old games though, really nice feeling. Since Backwards Compatibility came along I finished a lot of games I was missing online achievements for, simply by setting up sessions against myself (one profile on the 360, the other on the One). Feels good man.

One day I'll go back and get those 2 final Super Stardust HD trophies, 11+ years later!

Went one better today and got the last two achievements on Dig Dug. I got the other ten on Christmas Eve...in 2006. Over thirteen years since I've played that stinker of a game.

Might be an odd question but has anyone got the Scene It: Box Office Smash 360 game and fancies helping me boost the online achievements for it? Need ten online wins for some stupid reason.

I think my longest gap between starting a game and getting the platinum trophy is Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage on PS3. I started it in November 2010 but only beat one campaign. I didn't go back for the platinum until September 2017. God that was a tedious trophy list.

I can have, yeah. Was gonna grab it if it’s still available. Would quite like to get a full series win on the Scene It games.
