ronnie needs to keep his head, he does suffer occationally from jimmy white syndrome.

ronnie has had some of his best snooker this championship though, great to watch the guy on form.

kinda wish Maguire had of gotten through, doubt he'd have won, i just like the guy.

His concentration has been key. His head is on it. Often he's his own worst enemy. Been very focused all week.

would be nice to have a final frame finisher.

IIRC the last one i remember was Ebdon v Henry about ten years ago.

my favourite final was when Williams came back like a hero against Stevens, strawberry floating hell that was about 15 years ago i think

Carter has had lots of chances and he has blown them Should really have three or more frames than he has.

Happy with whoever wins this match.

Been great seeing Carter performing well after illness and Ronnie actually playing consistently again. Just wish Hendry hadn't retired.
