No. We rarely put it on anyway. Mainly because the wife prefers the stupid (I.e. money stealing) 1.8 kw electric heater. Radiators are fairly useless in our house because the rooms are quite large.

Yes?

My house takes 10 minutes to heat up so it goes on briefly. Unless Anung is left home alone when he turns it off as he hears me at the door.

Nope, not yet. It's usually at least November I think. Pretty well insulated here, just stays about 18 or 19 degrees this time of year.

Had it on about 3 evenings I think in the past few weeks but dont think ive used it for about a week. Got it set to only kick in if it drops below 17c in the house at the moment.

New build flat, brilliantly insulated. Not needed. It's great.

I want it, my housemates however are opposed to any gas use and have started speaking bullshit about how I'll be paying the extra gas out of my own pocket if I do turn it on (which I think might be a breach of the tenancy contract).

As of earlier this month. No reason to be stingy about it anyway, I bet my TV draws more power, even though it's obviously not turned on all day like my small electric heater is.

Anyone got the heating on yet? I'm strawberry floating freezing in my house but I don't want to use it yet.

No, it's still too warm for that. Unless temperatures really drop I can't see it happening for a while yet.

Please do not post this in the "No Context" thread

Has nobody heard about these new fangled things called jumpers?

Put one on and you'll be nice and toasty.
