Thomas should have won. Not sure what his business plan is, but AS already has bakery businesses.
I at least think the final should have been Thomas V Carina (I note the link above to her website is spam).

I also liked Lotte. Not that she had a good business plan, but she was hot and had a fiery personality. I don't think her racist thing was a big deal at all, but that's just me.

The Best Of The Apprentice (or equivalent of) is going to replace the regular show this year due to Corona.
