True, always is like this at the start. I think Harry was the correct decision as he was just disruptive

"And then there was 15..." was a bit of an odd comment too. Wow, only 94% of candidates are still in the competition.

What?! This is a very well selected group of people, how can you possibly think it was random? There were four! fully grown men who, when designing a logo for a new business, did not even consider putting the name of the business within the logo! It's just an image! Of a green man/wave! It just wasn't something they considered, having never seen a logo in their lives. You don't achieve that randomly. We also have a guy that wants his cruise company to target a new demographic - the middle-aged; and a woman who wore a green dress to film a promo in front of a green screen (I especially liked the fact that whoever helped them film that almost certainly was aware of the issue).

Honestly, the boys would have won if their logo was blue, appeared more man and less wave, and included their name. Their concept - older clientele, wellness and luxury - is generic as strawberry float and literally what so many cruise companies are already offering, but if their logo just included the most basic of logo essentials then at least they'd have a solid, if played out idea. Maybe style out the social media video as a guy 'jumping' from his stressful life into a week of tennis and yoga and whatever, instead of saying 'yeah so basically in the second video the guy is basically playing tennis'. Holy strawberry float these people are literal morons. Had they managed the logo, I would think this a good try for a boys high school business class, with no hint of sarcasm.

I'm also incensed, each year, at just how terrible these people are at playing the game. When Sugar said 'so what does bouji mean?', the girl most intensely against the name, blonde to the PM's left, said 'hmph, exactly!'. Why would you say this, at this time? Why would you mark yourself as that sort of individual so quickly, and completely voluntarily? Why do you think doing anything other than keeping silent will in anyway benefit you? Boggles my mind that after a decade or whatever, the simpletons on this show still can't play the game.

This is the 16th season of this now. Same routine - round up a load of dorks from the job centre and get them to come out with some outlandish buzzwords.
We lap it up.
The logo from the guys was great, if it was for a company that does yoga in a mud bath.

I'm sure towards the start of it they had much better contestants with just a few idiots but as it progressed the ratio of idiots has gone up and up.

Yeah, watch seasons 1-3 and there is a marked difference in calibre. And that's not rose-tinted specs, a lot of the early episodes are on Youtube and I watched them recently. There were still some show-offs, some were too brash, but underneath the surface they felt much more capable individuals.

Yep, also what about Miriam? Didn't even make the final 3 in one season, but was highly capable. It's chalk and cheese compared to what the show has become.

Still fun to watch, but the balance has shifted completely to simply pointing and laughing at buffoons now.

The usual selection of fame-hungry incompetent arseholes: coming to an OnlyFans, Love Island or some other ITV2 bullshit near you this Summer.

Saw the advert for this the other day - can't believe it's still going. I think I watched on and off for the first 5 or 6 series. I remember a few 'characters', mainly Liz Locke as the standout though :datass:

Seems like they just get any old twats in these days and hope for drama and incompetence, rather than actual business acumen.

One thing that's also got worse as the show has gone on is the editing. They are definitely stitched up for the sake of "entertaining" TV.
