Welcome to GR(ass)cade 2008: the spelling/grammar lists of shame game!
Current active categories:
Incorrect form of "to". (NEW) Incorrect form of "its". Incorrect form of "their". Incorrect form of "your". Using "would/could/should of" instead of "would/could/should have". Using "brought" instead of "bought". Incorrect apostrophe usage. Starting a sentence without a capital letter.
GRcade forumite re-education will now commence! Anyone spotting a glaring error on the forum that fits into one of the active categories should post a link to the post concerned, along with a description of the error. I will look at it and decide whether the person who made the error needs to be added to the list. Forumites will be added to the relevant list if the nomination is correct. However, forumites will NOT be added if I suspect that they planted an error on purpose just to be added to one of the lists! (Although why anyone would want to wear such shame as a badge of honour is beyond me...) Due to the high probability of the latter scenario occurring in this thread, posts made here are immune from nomination.
GAME RULES (Updated 17 September 2008): 1. Only posts made during active game time are eligible for nomination. 2. The first forumite to 15 points wins the game. 3. The first forumite to spot me making an error that would get me added to the lists automatically wins the game. 4. Anyone on the lists of shame is disqualified from participating in the nominations game. 5. Each nomination must be accompanied by an explanation of the specific error you are targeting. Simply linking to a post containing an error is not enough. If a post has multiple errors, please specify the one you wish to highlight. 6. An incorrect nomination or an error in making the nomination will result in -1 (if that person currently has a positive score. Nobody's score can go below 0). Errors that will be penalised include malformed post links, nominations for grammar offences that do not fit into any of the active categories, or posting a link without specifying an error. If a forumite is nominated for a list he is already on, the nominator will get a -1 penalty per repeat nomination. 7. Only a single +1 score is possible per post nomination, even if there are multiple errors in the post. The first person to nominate a post is the only one who will score from it. Any duplicate nominations made later will be penalised. 8. After a nomination has been submitted, it should not be altered. If the forum software picks up an edit to your post, you will be penalised -1 and not given the point for your nomination even if it is correct. 9. Established forum memes (e.g. "rouge mod", "Lets celebrate good times come on") will score nothing. However, the nominator will not be penalised for putting them forward. 10. All posts in Creative Corner are immune from nomination. 11. All decisions regarding scoring and penalties are at the judge's discretion, but will be issued in the spirit of the game.
The prize for winning is to be crowned the official GR(ASS)CADE WINNER SEPTEMBER 2008.

1. New category: incorrect uses of "to". 2. Category removed: incorrect use of "loose". 2. BONUS! Posts from Rapper are now eligible for nomination. 3. Only posts written after 5pm on Wednesday 17 September 2008 are eligible for nomination. Any error-strewn posts before that time will score no points if nominated. 4. Rule reminders: if the forum software picks up an edit in your nomination post after submission, you will be penalised -1. You MUST specify which error in a post you are nominating in order to score - simply posting up a link is not enough. Any incorrect nominations will be penalised. Any malformed links will be penalised.

Which, ironically, will probably result in this thread being a den of illiterate debauchery, where bad grammar bootleggers can ply their trade RIGHT UNDER OUR NOSES!
