So I thought this might be a good place to ask. I'm thinking of starting a blog myself, if only to save housmates/pals listening to excessive rants on things like the production values on the new Daft Punk album. A vent of sorts.

But I'm fairly useless when it comes to these kind of things and was wondering where I should host my blog? Is Wordpress difficult? Is Tumblr full of Cumberbatch fans/feels? Someone suggested I try http://website.1and1.co.uk as they seem to cater for the computer-stupid like myself.

Any advice would be massively appreciated.
