It's mental that the PS5 still isn't in stock regularly when we're coming up to its two year anniversary.

Whatever Microsoft did to get regular series X on the shelves has really paid off.

I haven't heard from Peter Molyneux for a while so I suspect he was the main reason behind the extra stock of XSX.

Over three hours later and the consoles are still available. This must be some kinda record; either ShopTo took receipt of a huge number of systems or the economic crisis is really biting hard now.

Still available now. I wonder whether the 'demand' has finally subsided and at the moment the casual gamer cannot justify £400+ on a next gen console while the number of must-own exclusives on either console is still pretty limited especially when the majority are still being released on the likes of PS4 etc.

I fully expect going into Q4 when the Christmas lists start and little Timmy and Jenny start asking for a Series X or PS5 then the stock will be scarce again, it's almost as if stores should be targeting parents now telling them to buy it now for Christmas before it's too late.

But yeah economic crisis as well has to take it's toll for alot too, especially with £70 games on top of the console expense.

The PS5 (disc) console is still in stock at Amazon for £449.99. There's an "invitation" system but it's worth a look.
