It's a good game that had a lot of teething problems. I am looking forward to seeing the roadmap.

My problem with the game was the insane bullet spnge enemies and grenade spam they produced.
I think they've also now nerfed the gadgets which was my prefered playstyle as I liked combining healing with a turret.

The gamed looked amazing though.

I would rather spend time punching myself in the balls than play the dark zone again though, it's the worst pvp experience I've ever had.

I spent a lot of time with this in lockdown. Brilliant games especially in a squad. It did have an issue with meta builds that needed grinding, but once you got a couple, dark zone was fun in a team.

I really enjoyed the PVE but when I played the grind was insane and the difficulty was being set by the sewatiest of the streemers who demanded all the end game stuff be stupidly hard.
Unless you already had a stonking character build you were basically locked out of most of the harder content as the stuff most normal people needed to complete a mission was dropped by completing that mission.
This was near when the game first released so I hope they've stopped listening to the streamers and people who do nothing but play this as it pretty much killed it for anyone even slightly more casual.

I think it might do but I can't be sure as there seems to be various answers online.
I'd give this a go again if you need a person to fill a team.

It was you and LewisD that I played most of Division 2 with wasn't it?

Pedz never really made the leap to the sequel.

Also, never played the Warlords of New York expansion.

I always fall off once we reach the end game content. Not a fan of grinding the same content over and over.

Refer to your t-shirt dude! (It was  )

Bloody loved play 1 & 2 with you guys, genuinely haven't had that same "part of a team" feeling before, or since!

I was picturing it as I wrote the post.

Yeah I'm the same. I don't really get into big Live Service type games very often and even then it's usually just soloing.

But something in Division was just so much fun. I think I liked the modern-setting and the combat, even if it did mean having to accept bullet-sponge enemies.
Couldn't get enough of playing that with you guys.

So if anyone fancies a return to it I'm game.

I loved The Division.

I played both to death, but it became a bit bored with it to repeat to play the levels.

If there is a new game and I would return to it.

We farmed the oil depot new mission months back and got some lovely new builds and weapons. Heartbreaker build was insane until they patched it. Starting stacks of and then shotgun pellets adding to shields. You could tank so much which worked well for the extraction hunters.

The build worked well in game and relied on you being aggressive. It just fizzled out.

I recall playing a bit of the original The Division with some of you guys (Cheeky Dev helped me out with some of the early stages and I remember Lewis and Pedz playing a bit, too)... it was good fun and the winter city setting looked really cool.

If we can get another player or two I'd be up for a game on sunday night. Give me a chance to set up a new character.
