Well my original post was clearly a joke, KK took it rather seriously and so I posted some reasonable guesses as to how my jokey scenario could actually happen.

I don’t think it is actually that crazy that the Spanish government after Brexit might try and stoke up some anti-British feelings over Gibraltar and might see British tourists as an easy cash grab. Whip the population into a frenzy over the British “colonising” Gibraltar, tell the population how much it is costing Spain to process all these non-EU foreign tourists that are clogging up the airports and then suggest a €5-€20 fee on British tourists to help with the costs.

I got in the UK last year to live with Seven,and I've been doing few in and outs to get my personal stuff from Paris.
For about 9 months I pretty much checked the gov website every month to get the same " it's fine your rights are there you're going to stay "
But now I have no idea of what i should do to begin with.
I'm still waiting for my national insurance number papers to come home

I think you will be fine. Theresa May is saying that she is not going to guarantee the right to stay for people that arrive during or after the transition period. As you are already here, there should be no risk of not being able to stay.

Obviously at the moment it is impossible to guarantee it, but I would imagine any potential deal with the EU will have clauses to protect EU citizens in the UK (and UK citizens in Europe!).

The House Of Lords 3 part documentary that aired on BBC2 last year was fascinating. Completely at odds with what the Daily Mail etc paint it as being.

I think by now it’s been 2 Years. If there was a leave voter or wasn’t ignorant, delusional and/or racist they might have made themselves known

EU worker's rights legislation protects the working class in this country (from the Tories...).

Ministers are drawing up plans for a post-Brexit immigration policy which would see just 40,000 fewer EU migrants a year come to UK, a leaked impact assessment suggests.

The Telegraph can disclose the economic analysis, drawn up with the support of Amber Rudd, the Home Secretary, suggests that EU workers will be given "preferential treatment” if Britain secures a free-trade deal.

Under a flexible migration scenario EU workers would have to earn £20,500 to come to the UK.

Priceless.
