I deleted my Facebook around 2 years ago and I absolutely had a tangible improvement in my general mental health. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Anyone miss 2008 era Facebook? I think you had to have a Uni email address at first, it was basically just photos of nights out mostly l, and the chat seemed like a revelation I remember jumping on at Uni in lectures. It took over MySpace.

Then well it opened up to everyone, parents, grandparents & companies and then well it just turned to gooseberry fool.
