Former colleague (the one who writes "so true as well x x" next to every motivational poster she shares) has taken up a wide range of Facebook 'challenges' during lockdown.

The latest is a challenge to post your age and a photo to show how proud you are of your age. The photo she's posted in accompaniment has a time stamp and is from 2011 .

If it was easy, it wouldn't be a challenge.
