I've been unfriended by a few people that I used to work with and honestly it doesn't feel great, especially when they remain friends with other colleagues you worked with at the same time. If I see those people IRL I'm immediately more uncomfortable because of this, although this may be down to my relentless paranoia and anxiety.

If you absolutely detest the person then go for it, but if it's just views they hold that offend you or something like that I recommend just blocking their posts from coming up on your news feed.

If you've not made the effort to get in touch with them for 3 years why do you care if they unfriend you?

Because I am insecure.

I have unfriended hundreds of people over the years. If I pass someone I have on facebook in a supermarket or on street and we don't stop to say hello chat/catch up. Then we're obviously not friends, so I unfriend them.

I've unfriended 90 % of the people I knew from Uni, and have only kept the people I'd meet up with.

I've unfriended many from childhood/school as our lives will just never cross again.

I have on occasion unfriended people....and then bumped into them in a social situation a few days later....awkward.Most of them don't even realise you've unfriended anyway.

I will also delete people who add you after one meeting a few months after they've added you, if your friendship has not continued.

Also pro-tip. If you're gonna unfriend. Fully block them, then if you meet them you can just say you deleted facebook.

It was posted by a girl I grew up with. A year or two ago all she was posting was images about Wicca and that she was a “shieldmaiden”, now it is all Christianity.

I look forward to her posts about Eid next year.

"If you want to know more about Jesus then knock on the door"

Borrowing that for next year. In fact, might be worth having on the door all year round.

I genuinely love when we get Bible bashers knock on the door. Nothing more fun than testing their faith and picking gaping holes in their beliefs.

As an ex Jehovah's Witnesses this is awesome fun as I know a good chunk of what they are going to say.

I've always loved pointing out the pointlessness of what they do based on their everlasting life idea

Effectively, everyone loves now and dies and there is no devil about as he is in a pit (as documented by the BBC in Doctor Who) and at some point an apocalypse happens and the devil is set free.

Everyone comes back to life for 2000 years (I think) and in this life you can choose the path of good or bad, choose good you live forever, choose bad you fry.

So basically right now doesn't matter, go nuts and have fun then in the 2000 years be good.

That said, livijg forever sound dull as, if you can't and won't die there is no danger and no reason to progress or be ambitious.

Does it count as knowing if you are just reading it from Google?

To be fair, a Google chunk works too.

I very much hope they won't be putting trees up at Christmas, either, given that that is an assimilated Pagan tradition. Or doing anything at Easter, at least 50% of which is a 'celebration of death'.

strawberry floating idiots.

Last year she was a pagan shieldmaiden who posted memes celebrating Thor’s Day. I am not sure her beliefs are very deep held. ;)

A football page I help run posted a tweet from a Pompey player dispelling rumours that he may leave the club at Christmas.
