While my dog is a cross with a pug it's been the best dog I have owned. Nicest dog I've had, dull as strawberry float but great.

In fairness, any dog is an upgrade from a cat, obviously. But yeah, there's a woman across the road has two pugs and she's such a cat person, you can just tell. The dogs are these fat waddly things. Urgh.
Edit: plus, they always have them off the lead out the front of the house and they used to come over barking at Nala if we happen to be passing. She growled this one time, they shat it and ran away and now the owner makes a huge fussy show of trying to round them up whenever we're near.
