The US Agent stuff also felt bolted on for the sake of setting it up in future films, didn't really add anything to the story otherwise.
Also RIP Batroc, was hoping he'd get more screentime. He's one of my favourite minor villains in the MCU, his fight in TWS is just fantastic.

i think the idea they were going for was when he saw the truck full of people about to over that was meant to be him being pulled back from the edge. but i agree that it seem to happen very quickly

The way Batroc 'dies' I can definitely see them bringing him back, they seemed to disguise it a lot.

It was very low key but I liked the finale, especially the turn of John Walker, was good to have him go to save the people rather than just be a vengeance machine.

Some of the physics around Sam and the shield just feel strange. I know it's always been that way but just the floating through the air and frisbeeing it just seemed like he can do literally whatever a scene requires regardless of logic.

Also, I feel like a blow from the shield to the head should at the very least knock someone out if not kill them.

She helped the others in Civil War but unlike them, was never pardoned. So she's bitter at the US for how she was cast aside.

Ah that makes sense. I didn't think of it like that.

Just finished this; if I was to rate it I’d give it 5/10. The action and special effects were great, everything else a bit meh and found it a bore to get through. Wandavision spoiled me.

Roll on Loki, or whatever is next MCU wise.

I ended up much preferring the non-action bits to the action really, with the penultimate episode's scenes with Marcus from Alias being the particular highlight.

I do wonder if it might have made a better film than TV series though.

Wandavision starts off rubbish. The first 2 episodes are hard work to sit through. It gets massively better by the 3rd and 4th episode.

F&TWS starts off with a way more exciting pilot episode but doesn't really feel like a fully planned out story which makes sense knowing a big re-write of the original script happened due to the virus storyline they originally planned to go with. It feels slightly too rushed and too slow at the same time.

Finally gotten round to watching this over the past couple of days, I’ve just finished episode 4. So far it’s been a lot better than I was imagining, I wasn’t really sure how well The Falcon and Winter Soldier would work together but it’s actually very good. I think the Marvel TV series are the only ones I’ve seen with a move length credits each episode though, obviously shows the huge production values that go into it.
