Yeah same. It’s a decent show but nowhere near the quality of Wandavision for me.

Hope the final episode went out with a bang. Then that’s it until Loki hits Disney+, which I am looking forward very much.

I feel the opposite, I really enjoyed Wandavision, but the ending of it was a total mess. They left way too much unresolved leading into the Finale and then everything was just rushed from there. I still think it was great, but I definitely prefer this now.

I'm torn, they've both been strong series and this has improved over time, but I think if I were forced to choose between the two I'd pick Wanda as the superior show. It knew what it wanted to be and executed it really well where this has felt just a tad unsure of itself at times

Wanda was definitely more consistent show that didn't quite nail its ending. This has been much more up and down but has set its ending up well, interested to see how it ends.

Wanda was definitely a more interesting concept though.

Yeah the ending didn't quite land as well as it could for Wanda so it will be interesting to see how they bring this one to a close. I'm definitely looking forward to the conclusion.

Really excited for Loki as well

I've enjoyed both shows and so far I'd rate WandaVision higher than this, but these last two episodes were great IMO and hopefully they'll finish with another great one.

Prefer WandaVision because of it's artistic merits. It took more of a risk with the story telling and I think it paid off.

What good's an honest soldier if he can be ordered to behave like a terrorist?

His shield is essentially paper if he tries to use it against vibranium.

If it's not a Marvel version of the shitty recorder meme, I'll be mad.

Even if it is Vibranium supplied by the Contessa, there's no way Walker is a better smith or armorer in his dank shed than the Wakandan state's finest; it will probably break with repeated use.

Why did Falcon donate Captain America's shield when it was given to him by Captain America himself?

I'm pretty sure Harry Kane used besker iron to form the new sheild.

It's the first sign of a Marvel and Star Wars mix up.

The show does a pretty good job of explaining why. There are multiple reasons. It's hard for Sam to feel worthy as Steve was a perfect person (plus had super powers!), the history of the shield/Captain America, the history of how Black people have been treated etc etc etc.

I'm guessing he sees captain America as the person, and disagrees with the idea that you can just be the kind of person Steve is by just picking a shield up. He feels he needs to earn it.

I think I'm about 4 episodes in and I'm liking it. It feels like a movie spreads out into a series rather something like Wandavision which was a more interesting TV-centric concept, but I like it. And I do like the politics of it. It's one thing to do a The Boys and be 'Hey guiz but what if Superman but like bad?', but 'Hey, imagine being a black superhero and having people deny you financial assistance and then ask for a selfie' is really interesting. I'm glad that they're expanding upon what it means to be a superhero, and raising points (so far without explaining them but acknowledging them at least) like 'What does a superhero get paid? How does a superhero support a family?'.

Yea, I think I preferred Wandavision for the originality and concept (and totally agree that the ending was lacklustre), but this feels like a 6 hour version of CA; Civil War which is not a criticism by any means.
