Ten minutes in to the final and there's been some very strange editing, looks like a lot was cut from this ep to remove the pandemic plot.

the outfit looks way cooler than it did in the comics
the power broker reveal would have been better if everyone hadnt been saying it for a while
did anyone else go "whos that?" when they saw zemos butler?

Great ending. Only issue was the power broker reveal. We knew it was coming but they didn't really explain her motives throughout and I'm not really sure it makes sense if you trace it through? It's like they decided to make that the twist after writing the rest of it and didn't go back and make sure it worked.

That was amazing. Perfect finale.

-The new Captain America suit looks fantastic.
- Maybe she's just really bitter her boyfriend left her for her great-aunt but I think Sharon wanting to sell military secrets makes more sense if she's a skrull. And they're doing a Secret Invasion Disney+ show.
- Most of my issues with this show I put down to the coronavirus making them remove a whole plotline but as a result the Flagsmashers were not good antagonists. They can get someone better for season 2.

Absolutely loved this from start to finish. It finally pushed the MCU into dealing with genuine social issues and I thought it did really well.

That was so good.

Technically that's probably the original timeline Thanos. He got everything he thought he ever wanted.

Only for 5 years though and they reversed it.

Thanos failed ultimately, even if original timeline Thanos died not knowing that.

That was fantastic apart from the Agent Carter stinger

It wasn't perfect, I can't stand the overly American "and the crowd cheered", "no, that's Captain America" bollocks for instance. But overall was a good finale.

And I strawberry floating LOVE that suit.

In the original script the Flag Smashers were going to release a virus to try to wipe out half of all humanity.

The Flag Smashers plot definitely felt undercooked. Would make sense if it had to be changed last minute

Watched the finale last night and can't say I thought the series was anything other than OK.

I didn't ever really get a good sense of what the plot was supposed to be. There's a group that wants things to be the way they were during the snap....and that's it

Like the last episode, what was the jeopardy? Some people voting on if the people who came back should be allowed. That's it?

Walker didn't really seem to go anywhere either, as in he went bad and that was that. Seems like this was just a setup filler for a new wave of films.

At the same time, wanting all the returned people to be cared for is a much greater cause in terms of MCU making a statement that mirrors world issues, which works well with the other themes as they're grounded too.

It's a shame they didn't start out with that idea so it was more developed. Wanting to wipe out half of all people again feels a bit too 'comic book' - searching for a big 'thing' to happen - and I would be surprised if they could have done it in a way that made it feel like a cause people in universe would actually get behind and sympathise with.

I agree with the Flag Smashers. Thanos did nothing wrong.
