I'm failing to see where Denster has said anything that would warrant this comment.

Fergie wouldn't let him come up with comments like that. We been linked with Gaitan and Rodriguez from Porto. I think we more interested in them then Hazard.

The only thing that could it in United's favour is that United actually need Hazard (really badly), whereas he'd probably not be first choice at City. But then again...

Hazard and his constant hints and teasers probably irritating me more than they should  :x

One of the reasons he's said he didn't want to join Real Madrid or Barcelona was because of the fact that he knew he wouldn't be a starter at either of those teams. I don't know if that'll be the case at City either. I think he excels playing behind the striker/in the hole...where Silva plays though i can see him easily being used out wide which will mean bad news for Nasri of course. Even though it looks like he'll be City, i don't know why but i have a sneaky feeling he'll end up at United. He expressed his huge admiration for Sir Alex quite recently. And credit to the City chairmen, pretty gracious comments from him. As for Tevez though...

I can definitely picture Fergie saying to the Glazers that the fans need appeasing with a big-name signing, Hazard could be that player. Having said that, we'll probably just bring back Bebe.

Valencia named player of the year. Personally I would gone Scholes but if we are counting half year contributions then there are handful of them that could be in the reckoning.

Tevez :fp:

No respect at all to the club, seems he's already forgotten that he won 2 titles and a Champions League while he was here :fp:

More from AP on the Fergie comments...

Ominous message from Ferguson at United dinner: "Those Sunderland fans who cheered for City ... we won't forget that"
