You're all quick to laud Fergie and his crones, so if you're all so confident why don't you take me up on the agreement? For example, say if Liverpool are top, you yourself won't post again.

Not a United fan, but deal. And this needs to go next to jam's quote in the OP.

Swansea away on opening day for the 300th season in a row :(

Swansea to lose on the opening day for the 300th season in a row :(

Really tough finish too.

The Swans visit European champions Chelsea, Premier League winners Manchester City and runners-up Manchester United in three of their last four games.

Swansea to decided the winners, tough list but shoul make for interesting viewing for a neutral

My shift at work is all over the place so cannot work out which matches I'll be going to see this season - unless Leeds guarantee a match with Plymouth, then I can 100% guarantee a match I can go see (but we generally get Liverpool or Arsenal in the cup runs so it's not likely too happen)

Away at Derby opening day, was hoping for a home fixture to try and get to but could have been worse. Sadly next home game is on a Tuesday against Brimingham and the first Saturday home game is Millwall. Might not get the train from London for that game!

Spinny can you move Wednesday into the Championship in the OP please? :)

Put my name as an Everton supporter, here.

Tough start for us, with Manchester United. At least it's at home.

Hoping that we will do well enough to qualify for Euro Cup for next season. Maybe a decent cup run. And hoping Moyes didn't get approached by any bigger clubs.

Everton first game. We owe them big after that debacle at Old Trafford.

Think those clubs need sorting,

We're Premier League Bitches :datass:

Oh yeah and opening 4 games, Man City, Wigan, Arsenal and Man Utd  think I'll be happy with 3 points against Wigan.

We owe Sunderland a good hiding too for the way their fans cheered City on the last day, and QPR for their late collapse against City!

Very tough opening day for United though, its never an easy place to go and our run in is tough towards the end. Still, you have to play everyone else at some point!

Put me down as a Manchester United fan in the o/p please Spindash!

I'd forgotten about that match, should cause some fireworks. Am I right in thinking that Everton traditionally have pretty bad results for them on opening day over the last 10 years or so?

Thanks Spinny for moving us

I'm posting in a 3000 page thread. 8-)

Haven't had a chance to look at the new fixtures yet. Hopefully City have a good season after the drama of last season!
