They've had too much success while sacking managers and so may be blind to the negatives.

They have the strangest operating model, but you can't say it doesn't work - they've had more success than any other English team in the last 10 years I think.

thing is - they had a lot of success with that model when spending a lot to bring in quality players. that isnt going to happen for a while.
fans just have to hope that the loan-farming is going to pay off big (e.g. Hudson-Odoi etc.)
