I think Arsenal were good up to the box and then they didn't really seem to have that killer pass or cross to get players in. We on the otherhand were pretty ruthless in the final third and that was a pretty solid display.

Into the next round and another win over a big side for Ole.

I agree. They really need a Mesut Ozil-style player to play in the 'Mesut Ozil' role.

Is there anyone in their squad who could do that?

Good game, anyway.

I called off his players' names as they came marching up the steps behind him....All nice guys. They'll finish last. Nice guys. Finish last.

Agree with being good up to the box but that has been the same for years but we get hit on the break and have defensive farts far to often. Hopefully this is something Emery will sort but it's gonna take signings and a little bit of time.

Good game from Utd they were worth the win.

8 wins in a row for Ole. It’s brilliant. 8-)

I can’t see why they wouldn’t give him the full time job as he’ll be a front runner.

Just give him the job full time, the feel-good factor is sky high and replacing him just starts the whole process again.

Ole is making a hell of a case for himself. Another very good win.

I love how all these footballers are saying the search for Sala should continue. Yet they can’t put their money where their mouth is. They could chip in together and pay for a search team.

As for Ole, I wouldn’t rush into anything yet. Not like he’s going to go anywhere or Molde will stop him if we want to sign him. I’m looking at PSG, City and Liverpool games in next month or so. Against Spurs and Arsenal we played good counter attacking football away from home. But at home against a big team, I’d like us to play on the front foot rather than sitting back deep like Jose had us doing. If he can beat PSG at home and Liverpool then he has a strong case.

I rather assess where we are in April. Even if we don’t get top four, if he shows he has the right approach to games then give him the chance.

The squad still needs three or four additions in the summer regardless of the manager. Commanding centre back is the priority. Right winger and full back to replace Valencia who is done. Possibly a centre midfielder as Ole doesn’t want Fellaini and Matic isn’t getting any younger.

Yep. He's done fantastically well but it's still too early to say he should definitely get it.

Like someone else said - I'd like to see the director appointed first.

If they seeded a crowdfunder with, say, ten grand each, then that'd be fine. Instead they're pressuring a stretched rescue service, which probably knows better than them what the likelihood of success is.

A few of Premiership clubs have been knocked out of the FA Cup today.

Potentially only 4 will be left in the next round, though would likely imagine Chelsea will get through. Just depends on the two replays...

Manchester derby in the next round please to make it very interesting...

Well that was pathetic from Everton and West Ham. Don’t these two clubs want to have a chance of winning a trophy. Not like they going to get relegated.

Wimbledon will continue making premier teams look pathetic. Bring on Man Utd their winning streak can't last forever.

Feels good waking up and reading good things about your club's (caretaker) manager :)

This is painful to watch. Spurs should be 3-0 down by now. Appreciate we have quite a few injuries but we don't seem able to string more than 3 passes together at the moment.

”Again we're going to have the debate whether a trophy will take the club to the next level. I don't agree with it. It only builds your ego. The most important thing for Tottenham right now is to always be in the top four."

Pochettino actually said this.
