I’d assumed the nations league finals would be played before qualifying, but that made too much logical sense for UEFA apparently.

Genuinely could see Scotland getting 18/18 from the three lower ranked teams in the group, if we could get Russia at home by a decent score then we’d have a real chance at going through.
