The fact that they've called off the search tells you who it is. If Sala was still missing, the search would be ongoing.

Sad but true.

I was about to say that they would still have to find the pilot and then I realised what you meant. Like you said, sad but true.

Tattoos wash off when exposed to sea water for more than a week.

My wife told me that some people on Facebook have been saying "how come they found this plane but can't find MH370", because of course finding a plane that went down in the English Channel (average depth 200ft) is exactly like finding a plane that went down in the Indian strawberry floating OCEAN (average depth 12,200ft). strawberry floating morons.

I found a spoon in the sink once, I wonder why they can't find that Asian plane? Idiots!

Were the morons of the world always that stupid or has Facebook made them worse?

Morons of the world have always been stupid. Unfortunately they now think that their opinions makes them entitled.

RIP

He is too young, may he rest in peace.

Moving on, Manchester City is back on top yet they will have a hard time securing it as they will go head to head against Chelsea this weekend.

Terrible news everyone - Phil Jones has signed a new 4-year contract

I find it astonishing that they're handing out extensions to squad players that the next manager may not want and will struggle to then shift. Fair enough in giving Martial and De Gea new deals, they're top quality, but Phil Jones and Ashley Young...... :dread:

Sky Ireland show a 3pm match of a Saturday. I just found out that they are showing Huddersfield v Arsenal instead of the Liverpool match. :fp:

I'll be watching BT Sport score watch instead of the match FFS. :x

Jones agent has played a blinder.

Linderlof needs a new partner. I would keep Bailey even though he’s a hothead at times. But Rojo, Smalling and Jones I just want them gone for better players. Jones has had nearly a decade to cement himself a place. Watch him get injured after this. Same thing happened with Smalling. Signs a new contract and we never seen from him since.

Young needs to go. Sick and tired of him failing to cross a ball. After watching him, I rather have Valencia back assaulting the opponents shin pads. Atleast he’s hurting them.

Anyway what’s going on with Coutinho. Seeing rumours that Barca want to sell him. He was good last season. But since this season he’s been pretty average. If Hazard goes to Madrid, I can see Coutinho replacing him if Barca want to get rid.

I have no idea why Dalot isn't the automatic first eleven pick at RB. He is already better than the alternatives and his potential is crazy.

His crossing is great. Defending is a bit suspect at times, but he’s a young player so can learn from that by playing more games.

In other news there’s reports that UEFA may abolish away goal rule.

I’m not really sure that’s a good decision. We’d get more teams playing for extra time.

I was annoyed with Mourinho last year when he decided to not go and score a goal away to Sevilla. That’s what eventually cost us and deservedly so. We didn’t even attempt to score at their ground. Where as they came to Old Trafford knowing one goal would change the tie. As a neutral that’s excitement. As a Man Utd fan it was nervous whenever they attacked. But that’s how it should be. We got punished rightly for playing like cowards in the away game. Now teams could be rewarded for this approach.

Phil Jones is now on the same wages as Virgil Van Dijk. :simper:
