Barcelona are in an odd situation.
They still have a great group of players but for some reason they aren't playing at the level most would expect at the moment.

Maybe the fans may need to lower their ludicrous expectations for a few years and not expect to win the league and get to the champions league final all the time.

Derby County: EFL charges over spending rules dismissed

Derby County have had charges relating to a breach of English Football League spending rules dismissed.

The findings mean Derby will avoid a points deduction and fine, which would have come into play for 2020-21 Championship season.
