David Silva played for 10 years. The club legend in front of your ground only played for 14 years at Swansea.

I dont see the huge problem personally. Hes been a wonderful player and its not as if time passing is going to change that. Im sure Aguero can expect one as well. Theyve both played in thd only team thats won the league. You reckon Leicester wont do one for Vardy? Its a lock.

You could ask why we have a statue of Thierry Henry outside our ground because he wasn't with us for that long when you think about it, but Henry and Bergkamp were truly iconic. You could certainly say Kompany and Aguero are for City, but Silva?

I think Aguero ripping his shirt off after the QPR goal would make a great statue, the trailing shirt would be like a flag. That's one thing we did get right about our statues of Henry, Bergkamp and Adams at the Emirates, they all capture a specific moment perfectly.
