I can’t tell if that’s sarcasm or not.

But the Bundesliga had similar results and seems to be managing fine.

Shame that Ighalo could leave United by next week to China.

Apparently so, as is Pogba which is amazing as I thought he'd been vapourised in a freak basketball accident.

Dortmund please, it would be 8 titles in a row for Bayern! :fp:

It’s a great match, high on quality, weird knowing that Liverpool are probably better than both. :o

Both are ahead of Leverkusen in the table, and Leverkusen beat Atletico in the Champions League this season, so I don't think you're correct.

Yeah, I think Bayern looks better and Dortmund needs a goal to boost their confidence up.

Dortmund are suffering in the middle due to injury.

Sadly I think that's Dortmund's chances of winning the league gone now. :(

7 back with 7 to play isn't it? They're done.

Yeah. Bayern's run-in tougher but nothing that a 7pt buffer won't cover. If Dortmund can improve the depth of their squad they'll be stronger challengers next season.

If Jaden Sancho and Erling Haaland can keep their respective form levels up they’ll be in with a massive shout next season. They’re both really promising players and I’d like to see them do well. A night match at the Westfalenstadion is on my footballing bucket list.

The Bremen be Gladbach match has been tosh so far.

I'd definitely add Brandt into that. Reus coming back would be a big help, but obviously Bayern will improve too.

The whole "we will no longer sell our players to Bayern" policy is a good start, players wanting moves elsewhere are going to have to meet the standard of the very best clubs, assuming they don't want to move to a lower club.

Honigstein mooted the idea of a mass exodus if Dortmund failed to win last night, so it'll be interesting to see that comes to fruition. Their presumed first XI actually very strong:

GK Burki
RB Hakimi
DF Hummels
DF Akanji
LB Guerreiro
CM Can
CM Witsel
RW Sancho
AMC Reus
LW Brandt
ST Haland

-Hakimi's loan from Madrid is due to expire so if they want to keep him they are going to have to stump up probably £40m+
-In terms of prospects they have Zagadou and Balerdi (DFs), are decent prospects, and some decent squad players like Hazard, Schmelzer

Next round of COVID tests due later I believe, but fewer positives in the first 1,700 Prem tests than there were in Germany at the same milestone. (8 to 10 unless I’ve looked in the wrong place.)

That’s encouraging, as is the unanimous decision today for contact training to resume.
