NLDs are just strawberry floating great. Disappointed we didn't win because we were the better side, but we played Xhaka so we deserve everything we get.

I struggled to watch the second half of that game. NLD generally must be a great watch for neutral fans. Overall though happy with a point away at a top side. A draw away against city and arsenal despite not playing well is good.

Everyone still frigs themselves off about the two 4-3s with Liverpool and Newcastle twenty years ago, but it feels like we've had at least one proper mental game every year for about a decade. Absolutely the best fixture in the league.

You're a funny guy. I'd retort by likening you to a pundit your posting style reminds me of but there are so many thick as pigshit ex-pros with a massively fragile chub for Liverpool I wouldn't know where to start...

Navas at PSG. That's a really good signing for them.

My opinion of Michael Owen went downhill the moment he revealed on Family Fortunes he didn't know how to make a cup of tea and had no idea how to operate a kettle. I didn't think my opinion of him could then get any worse but then I heard his commentary.

BBC Football wrote:A group of Inter Milan fans claim Cagliari supporters were showing Romelu Lukaku a form of "respect" when they aimed monkey chants at him on Sunday.

Lukaku, who moved from Manchester United to Inter in the summer, was subjected to the racist abuse after scoring the winner in a 2-1 victory.

A statement from Inter fan group Curva Nord said "Italian fans are not racist" and the abuse was gamesmanship.

It added: "We are sorry you thought what happened in Cagliari was racist."

The open letter to the Belgian forward, published on the fans' Facebook page, also said: "You have to understand that Italy is not like many other north European countries where racism is a real problem.

"We understand that it could have seemed racist to you but it is not like that. In Italy we use some 'ways' only to 'help our teams' and to try to make our opponents nervous, not for racism but to mess them up.

"Please consider this attitude of Italian fans as a form of respect for the fact they are afraid of you for the goals you might score against their teams and not because they hate you or they are racist."

They had me until they said 'for the goals you might score'. Or maybe it was double bluff.

Really disrespectful of Lukaku to speak out against the local, racist culture of Italian fans.
