Difficult game to be dropped into though either way.
I'm very interested to see how he develops because he's been built up as something very special but hasn't shown it at all in a Liverpool Shirt (although he's only played a couple of times in cup games). Curtis Jones and Elliot look streets ahead of him as an example.

As for Injuries, we are currently using our third choice centre back in Gomez behind Lovren and Matip, both out injured, Fabinho out, Allison was out for 2 months.
Also, when City beat us last season, we had a goal dosallowed for offside when it wasn't - that cost us 1 pt, and gained city 2. Cost us the league that one decision.

I am greatly enjoying the city fans griping. My favourite came from my mate who is a blue. He told me after the defeat to Liverpool that City were concentrating on the champions league anyway this season. Despite him saying its shite and he's not interested in it for the previous 10 years.

Strange from Barca - top of the league, qualified for CL knockout stages, Ballon d'Or winner in their squad but sure let's disrupt all that and change the manager half-way through the season.

Barca presidential elections are in a little over 18 months so the sacking was probably done with that in mind. No chance of Bartomeu winning again if the team bores fans. Should've been done last summer, but boards act in stupid and mysterious ways.

Drives me mad how Levy thinks he can get that kind of money for a player with six months left on his contract. If I was Inter I would tell him to strawberry float off and take him on a free in the summer.

He can sign a contract for the summer with them now too.

United looked solid second half, result is harsh on Wolves overall. Romero should be starting over De Gea without a doubt.

Bloody hell. That's the first time I can recall I have been confident of a win and they've actually gone on to win. EVER. Usually whenever I'm super confident (like, in my bones, don't-even-have-to-think-about-it type of confidence) they always come a cropper. A very odd feeling indeed.
