Yeah, they had a big shopping spree last summer-got Maddison and Pereira for £20m-ish each who are obviously both good signings, wasted another £40m odd on two centre backs who never play and bizarrely paid £12m for Danny Ward. Evans and Ghezzal went there too last summer I think so that's gotta be the Mahrez money plus a decent amount more.

I understand to a point, I mean Naby Keita should kick on this season and Oxlaide Chamberlain will be like a new signing seeing as he didn't play at all last season. With Gomez back, Milner going into his last year we have coverage for the back 4. Apparently Origi is staying as is Mignolet and Lovren. .

Going forward I think Klopp wants to keep door open for Rhian Brewster to break into the first team. Wouldn't be surprised if we don't sign anyone else for rest of the season tbh.

Gomez and Milner can do that job, not as good as Robertson but then again not many players as good as him in at Left back. Probably the best left back in the prem.
