Good United performance for a change, can't wait for them to phone it in against Brighton at the weekend now.

Keown likening Greenwood to Van Persie is just about everything wrong with football punditry.

To be fair, they do have quite a similar running style and they strike the ball in the same way. I can see why the comparison is made.

Tell you what with the addition of Friday night football, I never get my fantasy football done. Not a major issue, but it pisses off my brother who I'm the only person he plays against xD

That decision for Sheffield United's disallowed goal was nuts. How are they strawberry floating up using VAR this badly?

Well after the VAR decision I’m very happy with a point, the commentary on radio Sheffield made it sound like we were the better team for a good chunk of the game (although Spurs sounded mighty on the counter) and our reaction to Spurs going a goal ahead was perfect before it was ruled offside.

TalkSport were adamant that Sheff Utd were comfortably the better side today.

Talksport is a strawberry floating embarrassment of an institution though, I’d sooner believe the opposite of anything I hear on that station. :shifty:

Talksport is horrendous. Vile presenters and hateful punditry, it’s the audio equivalent of reading The Rag.

It is News Corp/UK isn't it? Anyway, I agree, it's a dreadful station. Do they have rights to a load of games this year?

I didn’t know that, but I’m not surprised when they employ banana splits like Adrian Durham.

They are the broadcast equivalent of Roy Keane.

Also, hopefully this is it for Emery.
