Maybe the problem wasn't Emery. :fp:

Both goals Arsenal defenders not closing the player quicker enough.

defensively theres still a lot of work to do but I thought going forward we looked a lot better than what we have done in a long time. was a lot more faster flowing football at times. some good signs.

Mustafi was absolutely terrorised today. Couple that with back up full backs and it's no wonder we had problems. Ljungberg has had next to no time in charge so we weren't going to see a marked improvement today anyway.

The tempo of the passing in the Norwich half was much better. Still wide open to even the slightest breeze but yeah, hopefully its a tiny step forward.

Amazing conclusion to Leicester and Everton!

VAR adding something positive for a change.

Another good result for Villa.

Any points from the Utd and Chelsea game were always going to be a bonus so I'm relatively happy.

Thought we could have won it at the end as well.

I've had enough with United and I wouldn't be surprised if the boards decide to sack Ole. :|

It's something like 4 wins in Ole's last 19 league games. That is absolutely dire and if he wasnt a club legend he'd have been shown the door a few weeks ago, but as it is the club limps on trapped in a nightmare scenario of really needing to change the management but not being able to for fear of a backlash. I think secretly lots of United fans would be relieved if Ole was removed, he's tainting his legacy now.

Think they don't want to sack Silva just yet as don't want to subject a new manage to a hammering at Anfield.

In the position we are in really shouldnt be conceding goals like that in the last minute.

Who will they get in long term?

Will Dave Unsworth be able to turn it around before the new manager comes in?

No idea. Think that also contributing to the delay.

If rather not Unsworth get involved again. There been no hint of it so doesn't look like it's an option.

Think they need to scrap VAR for offsides to be honest because as far as my eyes can see it just doesn’t work.

The Leicester player looks more offside to me than half a dozen of these marginal ones that have been ruled out so far this season. Looking back to the Firmino one a few weeks ago I defy anyone to say he is more offside than the Leicester player yesterday.

Either way I think its absolutely clear that the technology is not good enough to be involved in these decisions. Until you can draw a straight line and look across the pitch from both directions at it then I don’t think it should be used.
