Gonna be pretty funny if Tuchel casually strolls into English football and wins the FA Cup and CL while PSG crash out of Europe again

PSG might not even win Ligue 1 this season. 4pts behind Lille albeit with a game in hand with two games left after this weekend.

Good win. Having to come from behind once again.

Why couldn't Arsenal do this on Thursday night?

I'm no expert pundit but it's probably because Villarreal aren't a dogshit awful Allardyce side about to get relegated.

And Willian STILL looks gooseberry fool.

Ending Big Sam's perfect relegation escape record is the secret trophy I wanted all along.

I did say on the first day that I could see Willian being a threat from free kicks this season. I was hoping he'd get one before anything worth playing for was gone. He's the late Avenger that swipes his way through the dust and asks what he missed and why everyone's so down.

Great drama in the Real v Sevilla match.

Sevilla take a corner, claims of a Madrid hand ball are ignored by the referee; Real counter-attack with Benzema who rounds the Sevilla keeper and is brought down. Penalty.

Ref gets a message in his earpiece advising him to look at the previous corner. He does so, and eventually awards the penalty to Sevilla instead (which is scored by Rakitic).

They really do love a good old fashioned meltdown.
I just really hope they never win a Champions League just because they act like they somehow deserve to win it.

Shame that this Lille team are going to be gutted, just like the excellent Monaco team that came before them.

It's somewhat inevitable - here's hoping they get the silverware before it happens.

What's stranger is that Gaultier, the Lille manager, is strongly rumoured to move on this summer. Looking to go out on a high and use it to vault into a big job I suppose.

The Lille story is part of a bunch of good stories in the European leagues, this season.

-Juve's domination has ended at the hands of Inter
-Atletico are poised to break the La Liga duopoly once again
-Sporting will break the Benfica/Porto duopoly in Portugal

Atletico are hardly an upgrade on Real/Barca to be fair. Awful trio of clubs.

McBurnie at it again :fp:

I think this is his 3rd time in the press for the wrong reason, even just in his short time with us (drink driving, making gestures at a Swansea game (which compared to the other 2 isn’t really an issue ) and now a small scrap), if I were the upper management I’d just cut him loose, its not like he’s been doing unbelievably well for us on the pitch (on occasion he’s been a solid player, but thats not saying much with our overall performance this season).

I was hoping Sevilla would win it as they were on an excellent run, but they've thrown it away in the last two games.

Juve look like missing out on the Champions League too as they're now down to 5th and have a worse head to head record against everyone above them bar Napoli, who would still currently finish above them on goal diference should they finish level on points. Lazio could potentially finish above them too.

They also might be getting booted out of the Serie A, but it's all good.

Makes sense for United, he has been decent for them, especially recently.
