How the strawberry float is Tierney playing? How is he exempt from the fourteen day self-isolation rule? That’s complete bollocks.

I still don't see that as offside. No point going about it though, Can't get the 2 points. On to the next one.

James is a lovely player to watch. Everton will do well to keep hold of him into the next season at this rate.

I can't believe how good Rodriguez has been, he's an absolutely fantastic player. I don't think we're in danger of him leaving unless Ancelotti goes, they absolutely love working together.

Put my phone to charge in the corner just before kick off for our Saturday night family dinner at the table. Went over to check the score and the first thing I saw on Arseblog:

Pre-game: Rob Holding injured in the warm-up, Luiz comes in to replace him.

I had to stifle a scream  :dread:

I think it’s something to do with different countries having different rules. 7 days down here rather than 14 in Scotland and he was still following all social distancing guidelines.

We seem to have a front three of Willian, Auba and Pepe and Willian is playing as the striker from those three!

Will there be a post-match enquiry?

Think the club has written to the league for them to explain why it wasn't a red card and why it was judged to be offside, But like I said nothing that can be done about it now. Both got a point.

Thats awful news for VVD. Hope it isn't as serious as that.

Feared the worst when we shipped that early goal but responded well.
Maguire needed that goal. Get in slabhead.

Justice that he saved the penalty. Softest of soft penalties.

There’s one thing having a player get injured landing awkwardly or slipping but when a player is injured because another player goes in like Pickford did, it feels unfair.

Bit of a horror couple of weeks for us. Can't help but think it's a serious blow to title chances.

A good victory 4-1 and I will take it.

Anyway, I watched Everton Vs Liverpool this afternoon. Honestly, I thought Pickford should get a red card and that offside was beyond a joke. I am sorry for the Kops fans and Kops have been robbed today by the wrong decision.

Watching MOTD. My god that Pickford challenge.
If VVD hadnt took his foot of the floor. Ugh. How the strawberry float has VAR not told the ref to review that.
Disgraceful.

It is an absolute shocker. It gets worse with every angle you see.

I hope Pickford doesn't escape punishment for that but j expect he will.

AND he'll still be first choice keeper in the national team, despite being as stable as Gemma Collins on a three legged tea-table.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

Did not see a 4-1 United win coming, great response to the Spurs mauling. Some lovely goals in that match as well, really nice to see.

Dan James is utter dogshit though.

I obviously hope VVD is back as soon as possible and has no long lasting ill effects from this injury, but Sadio Mane forearm smashed Kieran Tierney a few weeks ago and it was all gooseberry fools and giggles to you. It's only down to luck KT didn't get a serious injury.

I'm not going to lie, last season after Neal Maupay crocked Leno, scored the winner then appeared to pull the full shithouse routine (as it turned out Guendouzi sort of deserved it ), for a short time the angry and bitter part of my football brain wanted someone to launch him into the stands next time we played Brighton. In hindsight I regret feeling that way as it was immature, but that's human nature when you want revenge for a very recent injustice. Also, with the sheer number of players I've seen at Arsenal missing months and years due to some stupid tackle or other which nobody ever seems to condemn, I felt a bit ground down to be perfectly honest with you.

But dangerous and reckless behaviour was apparently okay with you when you were winning. If you're going to excuse violent conduct from your player one week, don't then break out the candles the week after when another of your lads comes a cropper.
