Not getting carried away. It can't be another 20 odd years before we win there again.

I'm finding it a little difficult not to get carried away when it's been so long since a win in the derby full stop, let alone one at Anfield.

At 1-0 up I was trying to think of the last time we were ahead in the Derby and realised it wasn't since 2013 and the 3-3 draw. It's ridiculous how bad the record has been in these games, fingers crossed things improve from here on.

Interesting that the referee gave the replay such a cursory look before confirming the penalty. He really didn't appreciate his judgement being questioned I suppose.

Definitely felt like he was making a point there

I've noticed the commentators don't even acknowledge diving anymore. It's just part of the game that they 'try to win a penalty' it's not cheating anymore.

Unless it's a foreign team against English opposition.

It’s really annoying the hell out of me and actually taking away a fair bit of enjoyment from watching any game in the Premiership (still doesn’t seem anywhere near as bad Championship and below) as its just laughable how easy players go down to try and win a penalty or free kick, I keep on joking that it’ll soon be a non contact sport with how some players make a meal of even the smallest touch.

Sheffield United back to their usual tonight  just need one more point so we’re not joint worst team in Premiership history  Would say that won’t be an issue but we look woeful, completely being outplayed by Fulham.

Won’t be long before we’re confirmed as relegated soon

It’s sad to see what’s happened with Sheffield United, I love Chris Wilder, he pretty much saved my home town club (Northampton) from extinction.

Pretty sure Sheff Utd will do what Burnley did and what Norwich are currently doing, bouncing right back up.

It's a damn merry-go-round.

That Pickford save from Henderson's volley was outstanding.

It is slightly bizarre, I knew our second season was always going to be much tougher than the first but didn’t envision us being so far adrift, Chris Wilder is great though, hopefully the club and fans stick by him considering what he’s achieved with us that so many other managers have failed to do.

Fingers crossed that’s what happens, I’d prefer it if we weren’t a yo-yo team obviously but there’s a decent chance that’s what will happen, or the same will happen last time we were relegated, few seasons in the championship and then loads in league 1

If they stick with Wilder (which they should) then they will definitely bounce back up and the coffers will be all the healthier for it. In doing this Burnley have got part of the Premier League TV pie and enjoyed parachute payments all while spending next to no money.

Parachute payments stop if you get back into the Premier League.

We should definitely be looking to keep Wilder, getting rid would be ridiculous after what he’s done since he came into the club as manager unless he wants to go of his own accord. Understandable about the parachute payments stopping if you get back into the Premiership, would be quite the advantage if they didn’t.

West Ham look like a dead cert for the title now.

Surely only City can challenge Moyes's boyses?

Speaking of which, they seem to be absolutely storming to the title. I'm amazed how meekly Liverpool have given up their crown so soon after claiming it.

City have no chance.
West Ham are playing in the best stadium in Europe (until the new Luton Stadium is built) so they deserve the title just for that.
