Gini don't be a sell out man:( although if I was in his position I'd definitely take the job that offered more money. Barcelona far nicer place to live than Paris though.

KDB is the PFA player of season. Bizarre choice. Barely in City's top 3 players, if that.

Kane or Dias it should have been.

Last contract too. I'd do it.

Re: booing the knee, can we not just throw out instabans for these clowns? I mean objecting to equality is just racism, is it not? Wouldn't be hard to single them out, especially with socially distanced seating.

The knuckledraggers that agree with the booing are trying to claim that it relates not to equality but the BLM movement which "promotes marxism".

I wonder what the percentage of those knuckledraggers booing can actually explain what marxism is

It's not difficult to disprove this though.

We're proud to support the Black Lives Matter message in order to show solidarity to the Black community and to highlight inequality and injustice experienced by this community.

As an apolitical organisation and, while we are pleased to offer our solidarity in promoting this important message, we do not endorse any political organisation or movement, nor support any group that calls for violence or condones illegal activity.

The boo boys aren't interesting in having their views disproved. They don't want to know, it's just a convenient excuse for them to hang their abhorrent views on.

Hence my request for a ban. It's easy to say 'this is wrong, do it and you're out'. They can disagree with that stance all they like, but they wouldn't be able to boo from in the stadium any more.

Won't stop them being idiots in their own home and posting it online though.

I would like to get into a conversation in real life with someone who claims to be against BLM because "it stands to promote Marxism" and ask them which principles of Marxism in particular they disagree with so strongly.

It's never occurred to me before but you really need a group or a crowd to boo from.

I'm probably going to get bollocked for saying this, but I don't like the whole "taking the knee" thing.

When it all kicked off last year, I thought it had some merit, and showed some good community spirit/coming together against some of the worlds evils, but now it just kinda feels like a box ticking exercise now with little to no impact.

It all feels a bit cynical. Like if the Christmas Cola advert suddenly featured Santa taking a knee. I would much rather see other positive actions being implemented rather than a bunch of millionaires take a knee for a few seconds. Maybe more investment in grass roots football in poorer areas/lifetime bans across all stadiums for anyone proven to be shouting racism etc.

Please don't hurt me.

Anyway, I'm off film a video booing it so apologise if I don't reply.

The fact that people will boo Black players making a statement against racism suggests there's still some merit to making a statement against racism.
