Hes lucky. I think its a combination of the offside negating what came after and keepers getting away with clumsy challenges a lot more than other defenders do. A case for Var to punish him (or at least get the ref to look at it) could easily be made.

Ah well at least Mo's in my fantasy team.

This was a great opportunity for Rangers to really hammer home a thumping, decisive victory and they haven't quite taken it. They've won this Glasgow derby at a canter but with all the players we have out, the completely makeshift defence and the lack of home fans, they could have really piled on the misery there. And Morelos didn't score so that's something. :D

Pickford is a very lucky man. Again.

Good old var.

strawberry float me, what a let off! How the hell can they give offside for that.

Thought Liverpool had took their foot of the gas a little and were we looking the most likely to score before Salahs goal from nothing. Mina not good enough.

Great goal from DCL.

Shocking tackle from Richarlison.

Mixed feelings. Still not won. But really should have lost.

Ah well, still unbeaten and top of the league.

Two 'offsides' saving Everton there. Ridiculous that a red card worthy challenge is irrelevant after one and I can't see how that second is offside

No matter which of the lines they've added you look at, Mina's hand is playing Mane onside.

Everton had a chance today to prove they could take the next step but they failed to do that.

Had they won today I’d have fancied them to win their 5 next games.

Now with the loss of momentum and loss of Richarlison ł feel they are due the risk of an upset before the Man Utd game.

Shouldn’t complain about Getting a draw here but Everton are still years behind Liverpool, I was ready to accept the loss as soon as Richarlison was sent off.

Everton are mentally weak still, they aren’t a team who can beat Liverpool, at best they will give them a hard match.

No danger of that third Liverpool goal being offside, VAR has somehow managed to strawberry float it right up.

It was. By a millimetre. According to the graphic used.

Pickford was doubly fortunate.Could easily have gone for the challenge and a big let off for poor keeping at the end with that offside call.
Both Liverpool and Everton should have got a keeper in. Feel sorry for Romero but glad hes not played for either of them. Despite calls for him to do so.

Again, VAR isn't the problem.

It is strawberry floating baffling that a guy sitting in front of a screen who has the benefit of multiple replays and angles is doing a worse job than the guy in the middle who only gets one look at it. I try not to have a go at referees too much and see things that might have caused them to reach certain conclusions, but for VAR it's incredibly difficult to excuse ineptitude. It's not like we're talking about stuff that isn't clear-cut here. It's strawberry floating infuriating at the best of times, let alone when one of your best players gets injured with no punishment because of it.

As for the actual football, lovely performance from Liverpool, with some great interplay and short passing. Can't recall a bad performance under Klopp happening twice in a row since his early days as manager so it's nice to keep that little run going. Everton were decent too and I think they'll continue to be one of the teams tussling for the European spots.

Just a shame what was an entertaining game of football will be remembered for the negative aspects.

Hands of players are not considered for offside because you can't play the ball with your hand.

Generally don’t get too annoyed by decisions but not sending off Pickford and the non off side has literally robbed Liverpool of 3pts.

Yeah that was shocking. VVD and Thiago both getting scans now.

I still don't see that as offside. No point going about it though, Can't get the 2 points. On to the next one.

James is a lovely player to watch. Everton will do well to keep hold of him into the next season at this rate.

I might put a bet on for the next 5 Mersey derby's at Goodison to be a draw, it's always a bloody draw. Hate this fixture.
